If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one, you can receive emergency treatment from our Practice for up to 14 days. After 14 days, you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient.

This service is for non-urgent medical requests, pharmacy queries and admin queries.
After you submit a request for help, our aim is to get back to you within 24 hours when we are open advising you of our response although it may take longer if we are exceptionally busy.
